– On March 20^th, 2019, in the afternoon, at 03:PM, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation and Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation organized topping out ceremony for the Citrine Apartment project in Tang Nhon Phu Street, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City

– With the desire meet customer’s demand, supply to market qualified real estate products, Thu Duc House commenced high-rise building Citrine Apartment, which is located in front side of Tang Nhon Phu Street, Phuoc Long B Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, right at existing residential area surrounding it, opposite to complex zone Phuoc Long Spring Town, also another project invested by Thu Duc House.

I wish TDH will have many other projects in the coming time, and continue cooperation with PTCONS, we commit reasonable price and the best quality of the works”

– Representatives from HoREA has speech of Mr. Le Hoang Chau, the President, said:” This is a rare project topped out in the 1^st quarter of this year in Ho Chi Minh City. Every year, before and after Tet holidays, almost construction project are effertvescent, however, this year remains a certain quietness because nowadays situation in which many projects are under legal review, inspection, etc. leading to shortage of projects, the real estate market in the 1^st quarter of the year in Ho Chi Minh City is facing difficulties.
