Recently, the Board of Directors of Phước Thành participated in a thematic report session titled “Technical Solutions and Financial Approaches for Green and Sustainable Projects” in combination with the scholarship award ceremony sponsored by TVN at Ho Chi Minh City Open University. The program was organized by the Faculty of Construction in collaboration with the Faculty of Finance – Banking, aiming to provide motivation and practical knowledge for students.

Within the program, Mr. Mao Vi Cuong – Safety Director of Phước Thành – delivered a presentation covering practical topics such as:

– The context and demand for green construction in today’s trends

– Key criteria of green buildings and the application of new technologies in construction

– Financial approaches for sustainable projects: initial investment costs, payback periods, feasible funding sources, and public–private partnership (PPP) models

In addition, Phước Thành and TVN awarded 20 scholarships to students who face difficult circumstances but consistently strive in their studies and community activities.

Phuoc Thanh believes that supporting and empowering the young generation is the most practical way to collectively build a sustainable future.
