On September 18, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for IKI Village was officially held in Long Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of An Khai Hung Investment Joint Stock Company, the project’s Developer; Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation, the Main Contractor; as well as consultants and suppliers. The ceremony marked the official commencement of the project and the beginning of its development journey.

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of “IKI” – a way of life, IKI Village aims to create a modern, convenient, and nature-connected living environment. The project comprises two residential towers: CC2, featuring 30 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, and CC3, featuring 24 above-ground floors and 1 basement level, providing a total of 424 apartments. The project is envisioned as a vibrant and civilised residential community in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
