On the morning of 3 October 2026, at Phuoc Thanh’s Head Office, the Opening Ceremony of the “Future Site Managers: A Journey to Breakthrough Core Competencies” Succession Training Programme officially took place.
With a focus on “Building a strong succession team – Enhancing human resource quality”, the programme has been carefully designed to help Deputy Site Managers strengthen their professional foundations, develop their leadership capabilities, and prepare to take on the role of Site Manager in the future.
At the ceremony, Mr. Vu Tien Quoc Binh – General Director, emphasised the importance of developing a strong succession workforce, highlighting it as a strategic pillar for Phuoc Thanh’s sustainable growth. Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Head of Internal Audit, shared his high expectations for the participants and encouraged them to maintain a proactive learning mindset and translate knowledge into practical actions on construction sites.
