BUILDING STRUCTURES – BUILDING PEOPLE | PARTNERING TO DEVELOP HUMAN RESOURCES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
10/22/2026

On the morning of 21 October 2026, representatives of Phuoc Thanh’s Management Board attended a business networking event and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City College of Architecture and Construction and its business partners.

The event provided an opportunity to exchange views on development strategies and strengthen collaboration between the College and businesses, with the aim of improving training quality and meeting the construction industry’s workforce needs.

One of the key highlights was the inauguration and official opening of Campus 2 in Binh Chanh District, marking a new milestone in the College’s growth in terms of scale and training capacity. Notably, it is the only college in Ho Chi Minh City specialising in construction, with a focus on providing in-depth training in architecture, construction and design, thereby contributing to the development of a skilled workforce for the industry.

As part of the programme, Phuoc Thanh and the College officially signed an MOU, establishing a foundation for cooperation in training, internships, career guidance and recruitment. Among these initiatives, the Business Semester Programme is a key component, enabling students to gain exposure to real working environments, strengthen their professional knowledge and gain practical experience at Phuoc Thanh’s construction projects.

In addition to the signing ceremony, representatives from both the College and the business community exchanged views on development strategies, shared professional experience and discussed the technical competencies and practical skills required of the construction workforce. Phuoc Thanh’s representatives also introduced the Company’s capabilities, project delivery experience and development strategy.

Through this partnership, Phuoc Thanh aims to work alongside the College to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, expand learning and hands-on experience opportunities for students, and contribute to developing a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting the evolving demands of Vietnam’s construction industry.
