Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation, in collaboration with the Employer – Dien Phuc Thanh Construction and Housing Business Co., Ltd. – successfully organized the ceremony for the Long Truong Social Housing Project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The project comprises three residential blocks (XH1, XH2, XH3), developed with a consistent scale of 6 storeys plus a roof stair bulkhead, reaching a total building height of 24 meters. The total gross floor area exceeds 34,300 m², distributed across the three blocks.
Acting as the main contractor for construction, finishing and MEP work, Phuoc Thanh continues to demonstrate its project delivery capability through a team of experienced engineers and skilled workers, supported by modern equipment and proven expertise in executing large-scale developments.
Phuoc Thanh works in close coordination with the Employer and supervision consultants to manage construction activities, closely controlling each phase to ensure progress, quality, safety, and efficiency, while delivering sustainable value to the project and the community.
The relaunch marks a significant milestone, reflecting the strong commitment of all parties to resume and advance the project, and reaffirming the long-term partnership between Phuoc Thanh and the Employer in creating meaningful and sustainable developments.
