On May 29, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Khai Hoan Imperial project, located on the frontage of National Highway 13, was officially held in a solemn atmosphere, marking the commencement of a new iconic residential development in the northeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.

Khai Hoan Imperial is developed on a site area of over 10,000 square metres, comprising two 41-storey towers and three basement levels. Strategically positioned along National Highway 13 — a key transport corridor connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province — the project is envisioned as a luxury bespoke apartment complex, contributing to the creation of a modern urban landscape for the area.

For this project, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation continues to be entrusted by Khai Hoan Land as the Main Contractor. This appointment not only represents a great honour for Phuoc Thanh, but also reflects the continued effective partnership between the two parties following the successful collaboration on the Khai Hoan Prime project.
