With the role of main contractor for structural works, finishing, and MEP systems, Phuoc Thanh Construction contributed to realizing the Lu Thai Spinning Mill – a 100% foreign-invested project with a total value of USD 60 million, located in Tan Hoi 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the new factory for Far Eastern Apparel at VSIP I Industrial Park, Binh Duong, contributing to the expansion of the Taiwan-based Group’s garment export capacity in Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP installation for LU AN GARMENT FACTORY – PHASE II, including Sewing Workshop No. 3 and supporting infrastructure, with a total construction floor area of 20,400 m².

Phuoc Thanh is the General Contractor for the superstructure and finishing works of Khai Hoan Prime – a residential development of three towers up to 27 floors, comprising 1,296 apartments and 27 shophouses, developed by Khai Hoan Land Group in Southern Saigon.

Charm Resort Long Hai is a mixed-use beachfront complex comprising high-rise apartments, hotels, villas, shophouses, and a chain of amenities – services – commercial facilities. Strategically located on Vo Thi Sau Street, Long Hai Town, Long Dien District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, the project boasts 300 meters of private beachfront, airy living spaces, and premium internal amenities.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP systems for the TLD HITECH HIGH-TECH PARK – HO CHI MINH CITY, a 6-story project with a total floor area of 52,200 m² at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9. The project commenced in 11/2015 and was completed in 10/2021, contributing to the expansion of high-tech manufacturing infrastructure and the development of Ho Chi Minh City’s high-tech industry.

Phuoc Thanh is the main contractor for the Citymark Residence project – featuring 2 basements and 25 floors, with a total floor area of 132,321 m² in Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. Construction commenced in February 2023 and is expected to be completed in May 2026, promising to deliver a modern and comfortable living space for local residents.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing works for VAN HIEN UNIVERSITY, a project with a total floor area of 28,000 m² located in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Implemented from 03/2017 to 07/2017, the project contributes to the enhancement of educational infrastructure and offers a modern learning environment.
