Phuoc Thanh is constructing the HEADQUARTERS OFFICE BUILDING OF EVNGENCO3 – a project with 2 basements, 18 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 16,332.42 m² in Thu Duc City. Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.

Phuoc Thanh carried out construction, finishing, and MEP systems for the D’LUSSO Apartment Complex – a project with 22 above-ground floors, 1 basement, and a total floor area of 54,309 m² in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in November 2019, completed in October 2021, contributing to the supply of premium apartments and improving the urban landscape of the area.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the 13,000 m² People’s Security University in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in September 2009 and was completed in July 2011, strengthening the university’s modern training infrastructure for the security and police forces.

Phuoc Thanh serves as General Contractor for construction, finishing, and MEPF systems of SETIA GARDENS RESIDENCES – a premium development of three high-rise towers with 865 apartments and shophouses, invested by Setia Lai Thieu Co., Ltd. under S P Setia Berhad Group in Ho Chi Minh City, scheduled for completion in August 2027.

Phuoc Thanh Construction undertakes basement, ground floor structural works, finishing, MEPF systems, and landscape infrastructure for the Destino Centro – My Yen Project (20 floors, total floor area 149,912.85 m²) in Ben Luc, Long An; commenced in August 2024 and scheduled for completion in September 2026.

Phuoc Thanh Construction executes structural and finishing works for the Fiato Airport City Project (02 towers, 786 apartments, total floor area 68,773 m²) in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai; commenced in May 2024 and scheduled for completion in June 2026.

Phuoc Thanh executed the pile, foundation, basement, and reinforced concrete frame works for the Charm Boutique Hotel Dalat – a project with 2 basements, 4 above-ground floors, and a total gross floor area of 5,205 m², located in Ward 4, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province; commenced in July 2022 and completed in December 2023.

Phuoc Thanh Construction is the main contractor for the CCGRASS Factory Project – a 3-floor facility with a total floor area of 135,000 m² at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh. The project commenced in May 2024 and will be completed in March 2026, contributing to local industrial development and economic growth.
