Dự án SETIA EDENIA do Công ty TNHH MTV Setia Lái Thiêu thuộc Tập Đoàn S P Setia Berhad đầu tư, gồm ba tòa tháp cao từ 27 – 28 tầng và 1 tầng hầm với 865 căn hộ cao cấp và nhà phố thương mại. Dự án được quy hoạch với hệ sinh thái tiện ích hiện đại như hồ bơi, trung tâm thể dục, spa, khu vui chơi, không gian làm việc chung…, mang đến không gian sống đẳng cấp giữa lòng TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

Với vai trò Tổng thầu thi công xây dựng, hoàn thiện và hệ thống MEPF, Phước Thành cam kết triển khai dự án đúng tiến độ, đảm bảo chất lượng và an toàn, đồng hành cùng S P Setia kiến tạo công trình mang dấu ấn quốc tế.
