At the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Saigon Avenue project, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh – Chairman of Thu Duc District People’s Committee; Mr. Le Van Chien – Vice Chairman of Thu Duc District People’s Committee; Mr. Le Nguyen Trong Quoc – Chairman of Tam Binh Ward People’s Committee; Mr. Tran Trung Dinh – Director of Agribank Branch 9; Mr. Pham Van Duong – Director of Agribank Binh Trieu Branch; Mr. Le Trung Son – Investment Director of Saigon Co.opmart together with the Board of Directors of Lan Phuong Co., Ltd. and the leaders of partner units as well as a large number of valued customers.

With a scale of 01 basement floor and 25 upper floors, with a total of 840 apartments and 18 shophouses, multifunctional gym, swimming pool, Co.opmart supermarket… the Saigon Avenue project is expected to meet the demand of a large number of customers and is scheduled to be put into operation as early as the third quarter of 2019.
