On May 20, 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation was honored to join Kim Oanh Group – Mien Dong Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company in successfully hosting the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2.85-hectare K-Home Cityview Social Housing Project in Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai City.
At this project, Phuoc Thanh serves as the structural construction general contractor for a development comprising four 22-storey residential towers with nearly 2,000 apartments. The project is recognized as one of the notable social housing developments, featuring integrated green spaces, comprehensive internal amenities, and a sustainable development orientation in accordance with EDGE green building standards.
In the context of the Government’s initiative to develop at least one million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial park workers during the 2021–2030 period, Phuoc Thanh is proud to accompany the Investor in contributing practical construction capabilities, extensive project execution experience, and a strong sense of responsibility toward realizing national social welfare objectives.
