On 23 April 2026, Phuoc Thanh officially entered into a cooperation agreement with Khai Hoan Land Group, marking a new milestone in the strategic partnership between the two parties and continuing their collaboration on the Khai Hoan Imperial project.
Previously, in June 2025, the two parties had signed a cooperation agreement and are currently progressing with the construction of the Khai Hoan Prime project ahead of schedule. To date, construction has reached Levels 22–23 for both towers, affirming Phuoc Thanh’s capability in construction management and its strong commitment to project timelines as the Main Contractor.



Khai Hoan Prime is one of the key developments in South Saigon, covering an area of over 19,000 m² and comprising three 27-storey towers with two basement levels. The project is expected to contribute significantly to enhancing the urban landscape of the area.
Building on this success, Phuoc Thanh has continued to gain the trust of the Developer and has been appointed as the Main Contractor for the Khai Hoan Imperial project.


Strategically located along National Highway 13, Khai Hoan Imperial is envisioned as a prominent landmark that will enhance both the quality of living and the urban aesthetics of the surrounding area. The project is developed on a site of over 10,000 m², consisting of two 41-storey towers with three basement levels, and is planned as a modern mixed-use complex.
