On the morning of December 24, Phuoc Thanh officially commenced construction works for the Fenica Apartment Project, marking an important milestone in the development of a modern residential complex located on Tran Quang Dieu Street, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Fenica Apartment Project is master-planned with two residential blocks (Towers A & B, comprising two basement levels and 22 floors, with a total gross floor area exceeding 50,000 m². The project will deliver 579 residential units, contributing to the formation of a modern, well-integrated housing complex that meets the increasing residential demand of the area.
In this project, Phuoc Thanh is appointed as the main contractor for basement works—a critical construction phase that plays a decisive role in the overall quality, structural durability, and project schedule. Being consecutively entrusted with projects in central Ho Chi Minh City continues to affirm Phuoc Thanh’s technical capability, reputation, and the strong confidence placed by investors in the Company as a main contractor.
