As you know, our country is developing quite fast and social life standard is increasing, the traffic situation does not seem to meet the requirements of the times and is a big problem of the country. Therefore, how to ensure traffic safety? It is a big question, which requires the efforts of all of us.

According to statistics from the National Traffic Safety Committee, during 3 holidays of September 2, 2018, traffic accidents claimed the lives of 46 people and injured 53 people, in October 2018 alone, the whole country suffered 1,603 cases, killing 662 people and injuring 1,230 people (According to baomoi.com). A terrible number!

Traffic accidents are indeed an obsession that is not inferior to war, not only sowing misery, shattering family happiness but also causing great economic losses, greatly affecting the image of Vietnam before countries in the world.

Where is causes?

There are many reasons for traffic accidents such as Road quality, management mechanism is inadequate, an important reason accounted for 85% of accidents occurred, that is the people’s sense of obeying the traffic laws are too poor, everyone thinks only of themselves but does not think of others, so it just happens that they do not yield to each other at the fork, the intersection caused a traffic jam, especially rush hour; some acts of speeding up overtaking, zigzagging, going in the wrong way, using stimulants (alcohol, beer, drugs, etc.) also contribute to accidents.

Therefore, each of us must voluntarily build a culture in traffic, including:

Strictly abide by traffic rules;
