Precursor of Suoi Tien Cultural Amusement Park (Suoi Tien Theme Park) was a python farm and a place to produce handicrafts with total area of 6,600 sqm, established in 1987 by Mr. DINH VAN VUI and his partners. In early 1992, the project of Suoi Tien Cultural Amusement Park was formulated. Then, the subject was established as a limited liability company under name “SUOI TIEN CULTURE TOURIST COMPANY LIMITED” in 1993 to manage Suoi Tien Cultural Amusement Park. In 2008, it was changed to the joint stock company with name of “SUOI TIEN CULTURE TOURIST CORPORATION”. At present, Suoi Tien Cultural Amusement Park is managed by two companies – the subject and another company named “SON TIEN TOURIST AND ECOLOGICAL CITY JOINT STOCK COMPANY” (establish in 2000).
