SIGNING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CONSTRUCTION FACTORY – HCMC University of Architecture and PHUOC THANH CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY

On July 21, 2022, Faculty of Construction – Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture conducted the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company. Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company. Our company has been operating since 2004 with more than 18 years of experience in the fields of: Investment, design, construction of civil and industrial works. Trusted by many domestic and foreign customers to choose as the main construction contractor with projects spanning the whole territory of Vietnam and neighboring countries.

Our company has obtained ISO international certificates of quality, safety and environment. Top 5 Best Contractors voted by Vietnam Real Estate Association in 2019. Along with other competency certificates in the field of design and construction.

With the motto: “Taking human resources as the center of development”.

Attending the signing ceremony today, there were representatives of schools and businesses. On the school side, especially in the presence of Dr. Hoang Bac An – Chairman of the School Council  – Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, and representatives of the Faculty of Civil Engineering – University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Quang Thanh – Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Dr. Bach Vu Hoang Lan – Head of the Department of Mechanics, Dr. Nguyen Vu Anh Tuan – Head of Experimental Department, Dr. Phan Ta Le – Head of Foundation Department, MSc. Tran Kien Tuong – Head of Construction Department, Representative of Faculty of Civil Engineering: Faculty’s Academic Advisory Board, Along with teachers and lecturers of Construction Faculty and students. On behalf of Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company, there were the presence of Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan –  Deputy General Director, Mr. Hoang Vu Nhat –  Deputy General Director, Mr. Tran Huy Hung –  Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc – Director Design, Mr. Vo Tan Sy – Technical Director, Mr. Tran Hai Lang – Project Manager, Mr. Tran Quoc Huy – Head of ISO Department, along with ministries and company employees.
The objective of the signing ceremony of cooperation between the Faculty of Construction, University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company are:
– In order to enhance community responsibility in supporting students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture – future human resources to access the real working environment through scholarship funding, opportunities for internships and job training.
– Promote scientific and applied research activities; supporting facilities and facilities for scientific research as well as sharing professional experiences according to the actual needs of the two sides.
The two sides exchanged medals, flowers and meaningful souvenirs.
The cooperation agreement signing ceremony took place successfully, marking an important milestone in the partnership between the two sides.
