On 22 April 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nam Mekong Grand Plaza project, developed by the Nam Mekong Group.
Located in Bình Dương Ward – the northern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, Nam Mekong Grand Plaza is developed on a site area of over 13,000 m², with a total estimated investment of nearly VND 4,000 billion. The project comprises two 30-storey towers and three basement levels, providing more than 1,600 high-end apartments alongside a comprehensive range of amenities.
In this project, Phuoc Thanh undertakes the construction of the substructure works.
