The Wilton Tower high-end apartment project, developed by Nova Real Estate Investment Corporation, is located in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project comprises 1 basement and 24 above-ground floors, with a total construction floor area of 65,000 m², designed to meet premium apartment standards and serve both residential and investment demands in the city center.

Phuoc Thanh undertook the construction and finishing package, commencing in March 2017 and completing in June 2018. The project was executed with strict adherence to technical standards, schedule, and quality requirements set by the investor.

The project not only increases the supply of high-end apartments in Ho Chi Minh City but also contributes to upgrading the urban landscape of Eastern Saigon.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.
