The Van Phuc Riverside City Residential Project is developed by Van Phuc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, located on National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development consists of 4 floors, with a total gross floor area of 30,841 m².

Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for structural works and finishing, commencing in May 2018 and completing in September 2019, ensuring the investor’s required schedule, quality, and technical standards were met.

This project contributes to the growth of a modern riverside urban area, enhances local real estate value, and provides high-quality living spaces for residents.
