The Precia Apartment project is developed by Minh Thong Real Estate Business Co., Ltd., located on Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development comprises 23 above-ground storeys and one basement, with a total gross floor area of 41,451 m².

Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for structural works, architectural finishing, mechanical–electrical–plumbing (MEP) systems, internal technical infrastructure, and traffic works, commencing in February 2020 and completing in March 2022, while strictly meeting the investor’s schedule, quality, and technical requirements.

This project expands the supply of modern high-rise housing in Ho Chi Minh City’s eastern corridor and enhances the surrounding urban infrastructure and real estate value.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.

Phuoc Thanh Construction is the general contractor for the Masteri Trinity Square Project – comprising 03 towers of 27 floors, 02 basements, and a total floor area of 182,649 m² in Hung Yen. Construction began in November 2024 and is expected to be completed in May 2027, creating a premium and modern residential space.

Phuoc Thanh carried out construction, finishing, and MEP systems for the D’LUSSO Apartment Complex – a project with 22 above-ground floors, 1 basement, and a total floor area of 54,309 m² in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in November 2019, completed in October 2021, contributing to the supply of premium apartments and improving the urban landscape of the area.
