The Khoi Thanh Apartment Project, invested by Khoi Thanh Construction & Housing Business Co., Ltd., is located in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The development comprises 3 basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of 90,000 m².

Phuoc Thanh acted as the General Contractor, responsible for piling, structural works, finishing works, and MEP systems. The project commenced in May 2019 and was completed in August 2022.

Beyond providing residents with a modern and convenient living environment, Khoi Thanh Apartment also contributes to enhancing the urban landscape of District 2, reaffirming the sustainable value of a premium residential project in Ho Chi Minh City.
