The EXIM – Park Riverside Residential Area project, developed by Lien Lap Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd., is located at 101 Bung Ong Thoan, Phu Huu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project consists of 3 floors with a total floor area of 10,588 m², designed to create a modern and comfortable living space in the Eastern area of the city.
For this project, Phuoc Thanh was responsible for the construction and finishing works, starting in June 2016 and completed in September 2016.
All construction activities were carried out under a strict management process, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety in every phase.
