The D’LUSSO Apartment Complex is developed by Minh Thong Real Estate Business Co., Ltd., located on Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project consists of 22 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total floor area of 54,309 m², including premium apartments and internal facilities.
Phuoc Thanh was responsible for construction, finishing, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, commencing in November 2019 and completed in October 2021, ensuring the investor’s standards, quality, and schedule.
The project contributes to providing more high-end apartments, enhancing the urban landscape, and meeting the demand for quality housing in District 2.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.
