The Sailun Factory Expansion Project (Phase 2 & Phase 3) at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, with a total floor area of 76,000 m². Phuoc Thanh executed full construction, finishing, and MEP works, contributing to enhancing production capacity for Sailun Vietnam.

The VAST APPAREL VIETNAM GARMENT FACTORY – an export-oriented garment facility in Quảng Nam, constructed by Phước Thành as a new-build project, meeting international standards of quality and schedule performance.

Formosa Ha Tinh Biochemical Wastewater Treatment Tank – a 30,000 m² large-scale biochemical wastewater treatment facility in Vung Ang Economic Zone, executed by Phuoc Thanh for Formosa Ha Tinh, meeting strict technical and environmental standards.

The ACHEM TECHNOLOGY FACTORY is a 30,000 m² modern industrial facility in VSIP I, Binh Duong, where Phước Thành acted as the General Contractor, ensuring international standards of quality and scheduling for the Taiwan-based investor.

Phước Thành undertook the reinforced concrete (RC) works for the Utility & FDC Zones of the SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS COMPLEX (HCMC CE Complex) – one of Samsung Korea’s key electronic manufacturing projects in Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of up to USD 1.4 billion.

Phuoc Thanh – Design & Build General Contractor for a 62,000 m² weaving factory in Ha Nam. In partnership with Dai Nguyen Group (Taiwan) on a USD 150 million investment project, Phuoc Thanh brought to life a state-of-the-art weaving facility in Dong Van II Industrial Park, contributing to elevating Vietnam’s textile industry.

Phước Thành – General contractor for the 30,000 m² Cerubo Japan Paint Factory at Kim Huy Industrial Park, Bình Dương.

Phuoc Thanh acted as the Main Contractor for the architectural finishing and surrounding infrastructure of Block A of the Opal Boulevard project, which comprises 2 blocks of 35 floors, subdivided into 4 towers (A1, A2, B1, and B2) with a total of 1,446 apartments.

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for completing the office building within the COFIDEC Processing Plant, contributing to the enhancement of infrastructure supporting agricultural and aquatic export activities at Vinh Loc Industrial Park.
