Phuoc Thanh executed the general contracting for new construction and finishing of Columbia Asia Binh Duong Hospital – a 4-storey medical facility with a total floor area of 24,300 m² in Thuan An City, Binh Duong; commenced in 08/2010 and completed in 03/2011, contributing to the improvement of high-quality healthcare services in the region.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing of the Van Phuc Riverside City Residential Project – a 4-storey development with a total gross floor area of 30,841 m² on National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District; construction started in May 2018 and was completed in September 2019, contributing to the growth of a modern riverside township and improving the local living standard.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the factory, infrastructure, and fire protection system for the C.P Dong Nai Organic Fertilizer Factory – a 2-storey facility with a total floor area of 60,000 m² located in Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom. The project started in May 2019 and was completed in November 2019.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and completion of Snow Town Sai Gon – a 3,360 m² entertainment facility in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 09/2015 and completed in 02/2016, introducing the city’s first snow-themed recreational space.

Phuoc Thanh is the general design & construction contractor for MT Eastmark City – a residential complex comprising 05 towers (17–23 floors) and 01 basement, with a total floor area of 192,000 m², located in Long Truong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City; groundbreaking in 11/2021 and expected completion in 11/2024, delivering a modern living space and enhancing the urban landscape.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the construction and full finishing of Celadon City (Block A7, D & E) – comprising 01 basement and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 120,000 m² in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 02/2016 and completed in 04/2018.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing (excluding aluminium and glazing), and M&E systems for the Phuoc Kien Lavila Villa Complex—a 3-storey development with a total floor area of 15,000 m² in Phuoc Kien A Residential Area, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in September 2017 and completed in September 2018, helping to improve the quality of the residential community and foster local urban growth.

Phuoc Thanh executed the steel trusses, steel structures, construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sigma Ben Tre Factory – a 2-storey facility with a total floor area of 68,813 m² located in Giao Long Industrial Park, Ben Tre. The project commenced in September 2015 and was completed in August 2016, contributing to the enhancement of industrial production capacity and local economic development.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the underground construction works for Zones A and B of the Ly Thuong Kiet Social Housing Apartment Complex in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City; groundbreaking on 26/09/2019, contributing to increasing the supply of social housing for city residents.
