Phuoc Thanh executed the overall construction of the Eagle – Dong Nai Factory Project, an industrial facility with a total floor area of 45,000 m² at Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Dong Nai; commenced in 10/2024 and completed in 12/2024, contributing to enhanced production capacity and regional economic growth.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing, and MEP systems for the Luthai Tan Chau Spinning Mill – a single-story facility with a total floor area of 26,000 m² at Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, Tay Ninh; commenced in January 2019 and completed in July 2019, contributing to enhanced yarn production capacity and the development of the regional textile industry.

Phuoc Thanh, as general contractor, executed the construction of Inschool Ben Cat Primary & Secondary School – a 3-storey building with a total floor area of 8,177 m² at Mega City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong; commenced in 12/2023 and completed in 05/2024, contributing to enhancing the region’s high-quality educational infrastructure.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing of the Sky Villas TTC Land Residential Area – an 8-floor, 33,870 m² project in District 7, HCMC; started in 07/2018 and completed in 07/2019, delivering modern, comfortable, and luxurious living spaces for residents.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the Vietnam Zirconium Compound Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1, a 40,000 m² facility located at Cai Mep Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau; commenced in June 2013 and completed in February 2014, contributing to the development of the rare chemicals sector and zircon deep-processing in Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the factory, infrastructure, and foundation piles for the Can Sport Vietnam Factory – a project in Duong Minh Chau District, Tay Ninh; commenced in August 2011 and completed in May 2015, contributing to production capacity enhancement and local economic development.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing of Trinh Hoai Duc Primary – Secondary – High School – a project with 1 semi-basement, 6 floors above ground, and a total floor area of 7,860 m² in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province; commenced in 11/2022 and completed in 08/2023, contributing to enhancing the region’s educational infrastructure.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing of the EXIM – Park Riverside Residential Area – a 3-floor project with a total floor area of 10,588 m² in Phu Huu Ward, Thu Duc City; commenced in 06/2016 and completed in 09/2016, bringing modern living spaces and adding value to the urban area in East HCMC

Phuoc Thanh executed the landscape architecture and artistic lighting works for Kieu Bridge, District 1 – Ho Chi Minh City; construction commenced in April 2014 and was completed in October 2014, contributing to urban landscape enhancement and the modernisation of the city centre.
