Phuoc Thanh carried out construction, finishing, and MEP systems for LUAN GARMENT FACTORY – SEWING WORKSHOP NO. 3, a single-story project with a total floor area of 20,400 m² at Binh Hoa Industrial Park, An Giang. The project commenced in 02/2018 and was completed in 12/2020, contributing to increased garment production capacity and boosting local industrial development.

Phuoc Thanh acted as the D&B general contractor for the Green River Project – a 20-storey residential development with 2 basement levels and a total floor area of 198,181 m² in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction began in March 2017 and was completed in December 2020, delivering a modern living space and contributing to the development of the city’s western urban area.
