Phuoc Thanh executed the basic construction and external infrastructure of the GREENFEED Animal Feed & Veterinary Product R&D Center – a 1-storey, 2,152 m² facility in Phuc Long Industrial Park, Long An; commenced in 06/2022 and completed in 11/2022, strengthening R&D capacity and supporting the sustainable development of Vietnam’s animal feed and veterinary industry.

The Binh Dinh Animal Feed Factory, invested by C.P. Vietnam at Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, with Phuoc Thanh responsible for pile and foundation construction, ensuring both quality and schedule for this key project.

The expansion project of Saigon Beer – Cu Chi Brewery, with a total floor area of 50,000 m², was executed by Phuoc Thanh to serve SABECO’s premium beer production line, meeting the growing demand of the high-end market.

Kim Tin MDF Chon Thanh Plant – A 55,000 m² manufacturing facility with a capacity of 438,000 m³/year, constructed and completed by Phuoc Thanh at Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park.

Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm – Phuoc Thanh executed the infrastructure, power supply, and lighting systems, contributing to Vinamilk’s high-tech dairy farming model in Tay Ninh.

MFC Hydrolysed Protein & Oil Factory – Vietnam’s first plant specialised in producing hydrolysed protein, protein powder, and oil from animal, seafood, and insect by-products, serving the livestock feed industry and sustainable agriculture.

Can Sports Cambodia Factory – a newly built sports shoe manufacturing plant in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia, constructed by Phuoc Thanh from 2014 to 2016.

The C.P DONG NAI FERTILIZER PLANT – a fertilizer production complex with a capacity of 9,500 tons/year and a floor area of 60,000 m² at Bau Xeo Industrial Park, constructed by Phước Thành as the General Contractor.

The Sailun Factory Expansion Project (Phase 2 & Phase 3) at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, with a total floor area of 76,000 m². Phuoc Thanh executed full construction, finishing, and MEP works, contributing to enhancing production capacity for Sailun Vietnam.
