The “Premium Beer Production Equipment Investment Project” at Saigon Beer – Cu Chi Brewery is an expansion and upgrade of the production line for Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (SABECO) to meet the growing demand for premium beer products.

Phuoc Thanh served as the main contractor, executing the entire scope of construction, finishing, and MEP systems for a total floor area of 50,000 m², ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and food safety requirements in beer production.

This project plays a crucial role in SABECO’s strategy to develop new premium products and enhance production capacity in Southern Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation serves as the Main Contractor for construction works for the XH1, XH2 & XH3 Social Housing Development – Long Truong Ward, developed by Dien Phuc Thanh Construction and Housing Development Company Limited. The development consists of three residential blocks (XH1, XH2 and XH3), featuring six storeys and a rooftop stair penthouse, with a building height of 24 metres and a total gross floor area exceeding 34,300 m².
