Phuoc Thanh executed the full construction of the Vinamilk Lam Dong Dairy Farm – a facility covering 93,100 m² in Tutra Commune, Don Duong District; commenced in August 2011 and completed in April 2012.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the factory, infrastructure, and fire protection system for the C.P Dong Nai Organic Fertilizer Factory – a 2-storey facility with a total floor area of 60,000 m² located in Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom. The project started in May 2019 and was completed in November 2019.

Phuoc Thanh executed the steel trusses, steel structures, construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sigma Ben Tre Factory – a 2-storey facility with a total floor area of 68,813 m² located in Giao Long Industrial Park, Ben Tre. The project commenced in September 2015 and was completed in August 2016, contributing to the enhancement of industrial production capacity and local economic development.

The C.P Ben Tre Animal Feed Factory – with a 15,000 m² main workshop constructed by Phuoc Thanh in Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre – meets modern aquatic feed production standards and contributes to local economic development.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and M&E infrastructure of the Dairy Farming and Milk Processing Complex – a 2-storey, 59,658 m² facility in Hung Thuan Commune, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh; commenced in 04/2023 and completed in 08/2023, contributing to the growth of dairy farming and improving the livelihood of local residents.

Phuoc Thanh executed the acid storage and wastewater treatment facilities for Cai Lan Vegetable Oil Factory at Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park. The project was completed within 2 months, meeting high technical and safety standards.

Phuoc Thanh executed the basic construction and external infrastructure of the GREENFEED Animal Feed & Veterinary Product R&D Center – a 1-storey, 2,152 m² facility in Phuc Long Industrial Park, Long An; commenced in 06/2022 and completed in 11/2022, strengthening R&D capacity and supporting the sustainable development of Vietnam’s animal feed and veterinary industry.

The Binh Dinh Animal Feed Factory, invested by C.P. Vietnam at Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, with Phuoc Thanh responsible for pile and foundation construction, ensuring both quality and schedule for this key project.

The expansion project of Saigon Beer – Cu Chi Brewery, with a total floor area of 50,000 m², was executed by Phuoc Thanh to serve SABECO’s premium beer production line, meeting the growing demand of the high-end market.
