Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP systems for the TLD HITECH HIGH-TECH PARK – HO CHI MINH CITY, a 6-story project with a total floor area of 52,200 m² at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9. The project commenced in 11/2015 and was completed in 10/2021, contributing to the expansion of high-tech manufacturing infrastructure and the development of Ho Chi Minh City’s high-tech industry.
