- Read and thoroughly understand construction drawings and approved construction method statements at the project site.
- Understand the project schedule, work quantities for each construction item, construction standards, and project completion requirements.
- Monitor weekly and monthly construction progress based on the approved master schedule.
- Supervise construction activities in accordance with approved design drawings, detailed drawings, and construction method statements.
- Verify contractors’ completed work quantities and coordinate site inspection and acceptance procedures.
- Review and inspect quality documentation and records.
- Perform other duties within professional expertise as assigned by the Site Management Team or the Company’s Management.
