SAFETY ENGINEER

• Supervise and monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures on construction sites, ensuring that all personnel comply with safety regulations and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Advise the Site Management Team and construction crews on safe construction methods and recommend improvements to minimise risks and prevent workplace accidents.
• Prepare reports and records for violations of site regulations in accordance with Vietnamese legislation and project-specific requirements.
• Provide guidance and support for reporting and investigating occupational accidents, if any.
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards, incidents, and accidents to the Site Management Team.
• Take immediate action to stop unsafe practices and ensure that all construction activities comply with occupational health and safety requirements before and during execution.

• Male, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Holder of a valid Occupational Safety Certificate.
• Good presentation and training skills for occupational health and safety programmes.
• Ability to organise and optimise occupational health, safety, environmental, and fire prevention supervision activities.
• Dynamic, calm under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and good physical health
