Conduct calculations and design for power supply, lighting, lightning protection, and extra-low-voltage systems (including fire alarm, emergency lighting, sound/public address, and communication systems) for apartment buildings, high-rise buildings, hotels, and villas at various design stages: concept design, 1/500 master planning (technical infrastructure), basic design, technical design, and construction drawings.

Analyze and select optimal design solutions.

Manage assigned tasks to ensure quality and schedule compliance according to company requirements.

Coordinate with M&E and architectural departments to adjust and finalize designs.

Perform tasks assigned by the Board of Directors or the Head of Design Department.
