URBAN PLANNING DESIGN LEAD

• Develop conceptual planning design proposals, sub-zone plans at 1/2000 scale, detailed planning at 1/500 scale, and overall master plan layouts for construction projects.

• Prepare and implement planning tasks and projects, including 1/2000 Sub-Zoning Plans and 1/500 Detailed Planning Projects.

• Develop and manage implementation schedules for planning management tasks.

• Coordinate and work closely with governmental authorities during the appraisal and approval process of planning projects.

• Collaborate with departments, landscape design teams, and technical infrastructure units.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning from a full-time program.

• In-depth understanding of procedures, regulations, standards, and codes related to general, sub-zoning, and detailed planning projects.

• Strong technical expertise in urban planning projects.

• Experience in projects ranging from medium to large and very large scales; priority will be given to candidates who have worked with project developers/investors.

• Prefer candidates with experience in tourism, service, and resort planning projects.
