Sailun, a leading Chinese tire manufacturer, has invested heavily in Vietnam to produce a full range of tires, including OTR tires, and to establish a dedicated R&amp;D center.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1051\">This second phase expands production capacity, enhances technological capabilities, and supports the development of new OTR tire lines.
