TRAINING: “CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL GUIDE”<\/span><\/p>\n

– The training session with the participation and guidance of the UK: Cao Anh Tuan – Head of Quality Control Board, Anh: Nguyen Hoang Duy – Member of the Quality Control Board, Anh: Phan Vu Giap – Chief Executive Officer Trinh, TPTD: Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam GDDA, in addition, there are 3 CHPs and full enthusiasm participation of all technical staff, safety, supervision consultant in learning knowledge as well as share experiences with each other from practical experience in other projects<\/span>.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0The training session took place in an open space with the main content: BASIC NAIL POLICY CONSTRUCTION GUIDE. In which, emphasis on the following main contents:<\/span><\/p>\n

Pile head treatment<\/span>
\nAnti-bracing system installation<\/span>
\nInstallation of waterstop (Water Bar)<\/span>
\nHow to install steel waiting for the foundation<\/span>
\nHow to install steel waiting for the wall<\/span>
\nIn addition to the basic knowledge in the construction of foundation tunnels, encouraging sharing of experience in the field is always mentioned throughout the training session. Identify important jobs that need attention when handling in the foundation and basement stages. Problems often occur in order to have appropriate solutions before they happen are the most important criteria. Treatment solutions have been raised from some real situations in the previous works to apply for deployment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proposed solutions for better coordination with Consultants, Supervisors as well as Investors. Specifically: Negotiate the upper part of the steel wall to ensure cleaning when necessary. Ensure the site must always be SAFE – CLEAN according to the 5S criterion of Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Some practical experiences in the construction of the site from Mr. Cao Anh Tuan – Head of the KSCL Board stated in the problem related to the basement: “If the pit has groundwater level, combine well drilling to lower the level. Proposing the current safety measures in setting up 1 cell with 2 up and down ladders to ensure safety as well as more favorable for construction.<\/span><\/p>\n

-At the end of the training session was the questioning part from the technical brothers and the answers from the Quality Control Board. The questions were asked quite a lot and attracted input from the brothers during the training session. The Head of Quality Control also did not forget to emphasize the application testing after this training to encourage the spirit of learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

-This is a meaningful training session that contributes to equipping the brothers with the necessary knowledge to perform their jobs better as well as creating conditions for people to give their thoughts, contribute and share about practical experiences done in previous projects. All contribute to improving the quality of the project, to meet the requirements of the investor as well as the commitments of the construction contractor Phuoc Thanh.<\/span><\/p>\n
