On the morning of 14 September 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with project developer QP Holding, officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Lot D17, part of the Binh Duong New Urban Area within the Binh Duong Industrial \u2013 Service \u2013 Urban Complex.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The project comprises two basement levels and 20 above-ground floors and is planned as a modern, well-integrated urban development, contributing to a new and dynamic appearance for the surrounding area.<\/p>\n
