On 5 June 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation and Van Xuan Group officially signed a contract for the superstructure construction of the Happy One Mori project. This milestone marks an important stage in the project’s development and further reinforces the long-standing and sustainable partnership between the two companies.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

Prior to this appointment, Phuoc Thanh had successfully undertaken the role of the main contractor for the project’s substructure works.
