On 23 April 2026, Phuoc Thanh officially entered into a cooperation agreement with Khai Hoan Land Group, marking a new milestone in the strategic partnership between the two parties and continuing their collaboration on the Khai Hoan Imperial project.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Previously, in June 2025, the two parties had signed a cooperation agreement and are currently progressing with the construction of the Khai Hoan Prime project ahead of schedule. To date, construction has reached Levels 22\u201323 for both towers, affirming Phuoc Thanh\u2019s capability in construction management and its strong commitment to project timelines as the Main Contractor.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
