Recently, the Board of Directors of Ph\u01b0\u1edbc Th\u00e0nh participated in a thematic report session titled \u201cTechnical Solutions and Financial Approaches for Green and Sustainable Projects\u201d in combination with the scholarship award ceremony sponsored by TVN at Ho Chi Minh City Open University. The program was organized by the Faculty of Construction in collaboration with the Faculty of Finance \u2013 Banking, aiming to provide motivation and practical knowledge for students.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Within the program, Mr. Mao Vi Cuong \u2013 Safety Director of Ph\u01b0\u1edbc Th\u00e0nh \u2013 delivered a presentation covering practical topics such as:<\/p>\n

– The context and demand for green construction in today\u2019s trends<\/p>\n

– Key criteria of green buildings and the application of new technologies in construction<\/p>\n

– Financial approaches for sustainable projects: initial investment costs, payback periods, feasible funding sources, and public\u2013private partnership (PPP) models<\/p>\n
