{"id":20742,"date":"2026-07-24T12:42:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-24T05:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phuocthanh.vn\/?post_type=job&#038;p=20742"},"modified":"2026-07-27T11:11:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T04:11:40","slug":"ky-su-tinh-khoi-luong-qs-3-2-2","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/phuocthanh.vn\/en\/job\/architect-hcm\/","title":{"rendered":"ARCHITECT | HCM"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Job Description<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the design of residential apartment buildings, mixed-use commercial developments, shophouses, villas, industrial factories, and other construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Develop architectural concepts and prepare design proposals from initial concepts through detailed design.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare architectural designs, technical drawings, and architectural specifications in accordance with assignments from the Lead Architect.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs comply with current codes, standards, and regulations while meeting the Client&#8217;s requirements for each project.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively coordinate with Lead Engineers and other design disciplines to ensure effective project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Present design proposals to the Board of Directors for approval prior to submission to the Client.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in architectural design software, including Autodesk Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.
