Amid the nationwide momentum of inaugurating and breaking ground for key national projects, on the morning of 20 December, Phuoc Thanh Construction partnered with the Developer, Seaholdings, to celebrate the topping-out of Tower T1B of the Destino Centro Project. This event marks a significant milestone as the project has officially completed its structural works and entered the finishing phase.
For Phuoc Thanh Construction, the topping-out ceremony is not merely a formal milestone, but a clear testament to our commitments to schedule adherence, quality assurance, and safety management—commitments that have been upheld since the very first days of project implementation.
Tower T1B has now reached its highest point after thousands of safe working hours, made possible by:

* Strict control of materials and technical standards
* Seamless coordination among the Developer, the Main Contractor, and project partners
