On June 6, 2025, Phước Thành Construction Joint Stock Company and Khải Hoàn Land Group officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone in both parties’ development journeys. Under this agreement, Phước Thành will act as the general contractor for the structural and finishing works of the Khải Hoàn Prime project, which is expected to become a new living icon in Ho Chi Minh City’s Southern district.

Boasting a prime riverside location and modern design, Khải Hoàn Prime is a large-scale project that demands high technical standards and strict construction timelines. Its execution requires a general contractor with hands-on experience, comprehensive quality control, and robust risk management capabilities. Phước Thành is honored to have earned the investor’s trust, building on over 20 years of experience in constructing hundreds of high-rise, residential, industrial, and commercial projects nationwide.

To date, Phước Thành has successfully completed over 180 projects both domestically and internationally, equivalent to more than 20,000 apartment units and 2,000,000 square meters of industrial floor space.
