The joint venture between Phước Thành Construction Joint Stock Company and International Investment and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. (ICIC) has just been selected as the contractor for Package No. 1: “Construction of the Office Headquarters of Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3)” in Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is one of the few projects being implemented in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total value exceeding 422 billion VND and an estimated completion time of 20 months. The project underwent an open online tender, attracting numerous experienced contractors with strong construction capabilities and effective implementation solutions.

The Phước Thành – ICIC joint venture fully met the investor’s selection criteria, from construction capability and technical solutions to financial capacity.
