Vinamilk’s Tay Ninh Dairy Farm is one of the most modern and largest-scale dairy farms in Vietnam, often referred to as the “Dairy Cow Resort.” Located in Ben Cau District, Tay Ninh Province, the farm covers 685 hectares and raises over 8,000 dairy cows in a modern, well-ventilated environment that meets international animal welfare standards.

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for the construction of the entire technical infrastructure, including power supply and lighting systems, contributing to a fully integrated facility that supports Vinamilk in developing a high-tech dairy farming model aimed at clean and sustainable agriculture.

SAILUN VIETNAM FACTORY EXPANSION – PHASE 2 & PHASE 3

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sailun Vietnam Factory Expansion – Phase 2 & Phase 3, a 1-storey building with a total floor area of 98,000 m² in Go Dau, Tay Ninh; commenced in 02/2021 and completed in 07/2023, contributing to enhancing tire production and export capacity in Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Radian Jinyu (Vietnam) Tire Factory – Phase 1, a 2-storey building with a total floor area of 19,250 m² at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh; commenced in 06/2020 and completed in 11/2020, meeting technical standards and schedule, contributing to the enhancement of local industrial production capacity.
