The TTC Plaza Duc Trong Shopping Centre is invested by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) and is located in Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province.
The development consists of 5 storeys with a total gross floor area of 10,000 m². It was built to create a modern retail centre that meets the shopping and service needs of the surrounding area.
In this project, Phuoc Thanh served as the general contractor for construction. Work commenced in May 2018 and was completed in March 2019. Construction was carried out in a coordinated manner, ensuring schedule compliance, quality, and the technical standards required by the investor.
Once in operation, the building has contributed to transforming the urban landscape of Duc Trong, promoting commercial and service development, and improving the quality of life for the local community.
