The TLD HITECH HIGH-TECH PARK – HO CHI MINH CITY project, invested by TLD Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., is located at Lot I-3b-1, N6 Street, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project consists of a 6-story building with a total construction floor area of 52,200 m².

Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for civil construction, finishing works, and MEP systems. The project commenced in November 2015 and was completed in October 2021, ensuring strict compliance with schedule, quality, and the technical standards required by the Client.

This project has contributed to expanding high-tech manufacturing infrastructure, supporting research and development activities, and promoting the growth of the high-tech industry in Ho Chi Minh City.
