Storeys above ground

The TLD Hi-Tech High-Tech Park project is invested by TLD Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., located at Lot I-3b-1, N6 Street, Saigon High-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development comprises six storeys with a total gross floor area of 52,200 m².

Phuoc Thanh Construction undertook the structural works, architectural finishing, and mechanical–electrical–plumbing (MEP) systems, commencing in November 2015 and completing in October 2021, ensuring the investor’s schedule, quality, and technical standards were strictly met.

This facility enhances the city’s high-tech manufacturing infrastructure, supports research and development activities, and promotes the growth of Ho Chi Minh City’s high-technology industry.

LUTHAI TAN CHAU SPINNING MILL

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing, and MEP systems for the Luthai Tan Chau Spinning Mill – a single-story facility with a total floor area of 26,000 m² at Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, Tay Ninh; commenced in January 2019 and completed in July 2019, contributing to enhanced yarn production capacity and the development of the regional textile industry.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the Vietnam Zirconium Compound Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1, a 40,000 m² facility located at Cai Mep Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau; commenced in June 2013 and completed in February 2014, contributing to the development of the rare chemicals sector and zircon deep-processing in Vietnam.
