The Snow Town Sai Gon project, developed by Snow Seasons Sai Gon Co., Ltd., is located in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project has a total construction floor area of 3,360 m².

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and completion works, from September 2015 to February 2016, ensuring progress, quality, and technical requirements of the investor.

The project brings the first snow-themed entertainment space in Ho Chi Minh City, diversifying recreational activities and enhancing cultural–entertainment experiences for residents and visitors.

Phuoc Thanh is the general contractor for the S.I.S STROKE TREATMENT SPECIALIZED RESEARCH AND TRAINING CENTER – a project with 1 basement, 11 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 40,430 m² at the High-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction commences in July 2025 and is expected to be completed in February 2026, fostering the growth of international service infrastructure.

PEOPLE’S SECURITY UNIVERSITY – MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY

Phuoc Thanh carried out the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the 13,000 m² People’s Security University in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in September 2009 and was completed in July 2011, strengthening the university’s modern training infrastructure for the security and police forces.
