The SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS COMPLEX (HCMC CE Complex) is a large-scale home electronics manufacturing hub invested by Samsung in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Commenced in May 2015 with an initial investment capital of USD 1.4 billion (later increased to USD 2 billion within the same year), the 70-hectare complex is dedicated to producing premium television products (SUHD, Smart, LED) and other household electronic appliances.
Phước Thành was appointed as the reinforced concrete (RC) general contractor for the Utility Zone (power–water–wastewater treatment systems), CWT/WWT/VD3 tanks, and the FDC Zone, delivering high-quality technical execution and professional project scheduling.
As part of Samsung’s strategic expansion in Vietnam, the project is expected to generate nearly 20,000 jobs and boost annual export revenue by approximately USD 3 billion.
