Phuoc Thanh, as the general contractor, has been collaborating with Sailun Vietnam Co., Ltd. since 2016, delivering multiple major projects including: Rubber Mixing Plant #2 – Phase II, Phase III Expansion of the Vietnam Plant, Boiler Room Construction (75-ton capacity), and OTR Workshop – Phase II, among others.
The OTR (Off-The-Road) Workshop – Phase II is part of Sailun’s strategic production expansion in Vietnam. Sailun, a leading Chinese tire manufacturer, has invested heavily in Vietnam to produce a full range of tires, including OTR tires, and to establish a dedicated R&D center.
This second phase expands production capacity, enhances technological capabilities, and supports the development of new OTR tire lines. Today, Sailun’s products are present in over 180 countries and territories, and its Vietnam expansion forms a key pillar in its global growth strategy.
